All stakeholders in the TVET sector – Government decision makers, policy makers, training organisations, and companies who employ TVET-trained workforces, are all critical cogs in positively impacting one of the biggest problems facing economic recovery anywhere in the world - the supply of skilled labour. This requires data-driven workforce planning and having relevant and sufficient technical & vocational (TVET) teachers to train for current and future skills.

It shows how coordination between different groups helps close skill gaps and improve long-term planning.
